*job*info*

Okay, I put a whole list of jobs back there, but I didn't write anything about them. So what the heck are those jobs for? Here's where you find your answers.

Editor-in-Chief
This is the job I have. Just like every other editor-in-chief, I'm in-charge of what articles or whatever stuff I'm going to put in a particular e-zine issue. I also double-check spelling, grammar and content in case the other editors missed out on stuff. I've also decided to put layout, web design and the like under the editor-in-chief's job.

Assistant Editor-in-Chief
To others, this is considered this as a very easy job. That's because assistant editors-in-chief don't do much unless the editor-in-chief needs them. But remember, editors-in-chief don't usually get everything right. Here's someone to help them out.

Photo Editor
The photo editor is in-charge of what photos are to be placed in the e-zine for a particular issue. In case photos need a little editing or whatever, they come in handy, too. Photos for the Entertainment column, for example, are sent to the photo editor to be checked, edited or picked, then sent to the editor-in-chief for the layout.

Art Editor
Lots of teens out there are really good in making graphics (and I'm not), so I decided to get someone to make great web graphics for The Teen Grind. Every month, the art editor sends some new graphics to the Editor-in-Chief for creating pages.

** BEAUTY AND FITNESS **

Beauty and Fitness Editor
This is one of the fun jobs in our e-zine. This one checks or edits the articles sent in by the beauty and fitness writers, and decides which ones should be published. The beauty and fitness editor can also write articles for their column. Articles that had been checked and edited are therefore sent to the editor-in-chief.

2 Beauty and Fitness Writers
The beauty and fitness writers provide readers with tips and advice on make-up, hair and body cases. They send their work to the beauty and fitness editor for checking and editing.

** FASHION **

Fashion Editor
The fashion editor works much just like any other editor. Checks, edits, decides, and also writes for their column. :o)

2 Fashion Writers
New trends, fashion statements, fashion tips and things are what the fashion writers write about. Their articles are then sent to the fashion editor for the usual drill.

** ENTERTAINMENT **

Entertainment Editor
Now you all know what an editor does, don't you? The entertainment editor chooses the articles to be placed in their column. They can also write articles.

Entertainment Writers
Gets the 411 on all the new stuff in the entertainment world, whether about movies, music or television. They send their work to the entertainment editor for editing.

** SPORTS **

Sports Editor
Anyone who's very interested in sports could take this job, just as long as they have the right skills in writing :o). The articles to be published in the sports column are chosen and edited by the sports editor.

Sports Writers
The sports writers dig up for the latest sports trends around the world. Sports lovers are definitely a must for this job.

** WORLD WIDE WEB **

World Wide Web Editor
Net geeks and cyberpunks, here's a good job for you. If you're always on-line and pretty much know the web like the back of your hand, then you could make a good www editor. All you have to do is choose the right articles to be published or even write your own articles to share what you've got.

World Wide Web Writers
You may need to be a little more skilled with the net than the www editor. WWW writers write about cyber trends, site reviews, and new breakthroughs in cyberspace.

** ADVICE COLUMN **

Advice Columnist
The advice columnist gives advice :o). But that's not all, okay? You also get to choose which ones to publish. It's not like all letters sent will be posted on-line! But if you have time, you could still send some advice to those whose letters don't get published.

** FEATURES / ARTICLES **

Senior Editor
The senior editor takes part in one of the most important parts of the e-zine. He or she decides upon what stuff are to be featured for every issue of The Teen Grind. The senior editor can also write articles.

Assistant Editor
Because the senior editor of the features and articles has so much to do, there has to be someone who helps out.

6 Contributors
Articles on just about anything are written by the contributors. Whether it's about NASA or some environmental issue, what they write brings The Teen Grind to life.

** MYSTICS **

Horoscope Columnist
You have to be into those zodiac stuff and very familiar with it. The horoscope columnist provides the readers with monthly predictions and the like by their astrological signs.

Numerology Columnist
The numerology columnist has to be someone very familiar with numerology. They give monthly forecasts based on --- duh --- numbers. :o)

Dreams Columnist
Many young people are into this kind of thing these days. Always longing to have their dreams interpreted. Anyone willing to do that can have this job!

Well, that just about covers all the jobs for The Teen Grind.
